My name is Khas (short for Khalid) and I am the proud owner of the Cantinho do Aziz restaurant located   in the   Mouraria   section of Lisbon, where I grew up. My biggest hobby is eating and sampling new dishes from California to Hong Kong. I am new at the food publishing and television series game having written a cookbook titled “Portugal Meets Mozambique” and directed the Amazon Prime Series “O Meu Mundo.” My newest venture is bottling a hot sauce called “Aziz Piri Piri” and making it available worldwide from a recipe our original chef created thirty plus years ago.
